Congratulations on the job, Jason... with that, spinning tunes, and part time bartender here you'll be just a little busy.

well... a glass of warm milk and then beddie-bye for Sammy...

Lemon Drops

1 oz. Absolut Citron Vodka (Chilled)
1 oz. Grand Marnier
Sugar
Lemon

Pour 1 oz. of Absolut Citron into a shot glass. Marinate a lemon wedge in the Grand Marnier. Then take the wedge out of the Grand Marnier and sprinkle it with sugar. Drink the shot of Absolut then eat lemon wedge.

So what's the New Job?

I just got my first unemployment statement and it looks like If I quit smoking at this incredibly stressful time, don't eat, and don't heat my house I can make it.

From the looks of you, you haven't been eating in a long time and the smoke is just gonna leak out of your head anyway.

Gees your right why I'm already half gone so at least I'll be ahead of the curve in the spiral towards oblivion.

A bright side is a bright side I'll take it.

[monologue]

Geez, is this place a morgue or what? I remember, back in the day, when we used to have a crowd in here 'till freakin' 3 in the freakin' morning. I'd have to volunteer to bartend so tish could slip in a few hours sleep. Now, we got jack.

* Sensei pulls out a dusty brandy bottle from waaaay in back *
* and pours himself a nice big splash in a suitable snifter. *

well over the last 10 years it sort of evolved from fabricating exhibit components to what is now called exhibit development tech. brainstorming to come up with the best way to transmit information, interactives that sort of thing. I've been working for the state historical society. Two museums and 26 sights most of witch had visitor centers.

Let's see, the first booze I ever got drunk on was Black Velvet Canadian Whisky, took it from my dads bottle in a fruit jar to a party in junior high. I'll have one of those for old time sake.

I just poked my head in the door. I am going to tunnel my way to bed and hope nobody peeks into my tent and causes me to reach a definitive state.

I used to like to chase pints of Killian's Red with shots of Wild Turkey. That taste was fantastic. Of course, I didn't mind puking as much back then...

I will be working for UPS in their supply chain area. I am working with open order management. Lots of research and analysis of data. I love this sort of work because I love patterns and such. The pay is good and the benefits are amazing. This side of the UPS business is growing in leaps and bounds. I will actually be working onsite at Intel.
