passcode is not registered

So I was in line and waiting 30 seconds after noon. I briefly lost connection a few times over the next hour or so, then the message changes to my passcode is not registered and "You have reached our limit for trying. Please contact customer support for more information."

Please send an email with details of your situation to ticketsupport@burningman.com (include screen shots/error messages along with your passcode info).

My access code was denied
after an hour wait and then it told me I had reached my limit !
but Now my computer is refusing to send a letter

I sent a brief message to ticketsupport@ before I got on here, based on your suggestion I sent another message with screen shots. I missed last year due to the lottery, I really want to go home this year.

I've just got confirmation from the ticket team, the passcode not registered error is a cookie issue. Clear your cookies (or switch browsers, since cookies are browser-specific), you should be set to go.

Just switched from IE to Firefox. Any chance that it will have kept my place in the queue? I was in at 12:00:24

I went to the Library and they let me log on for hours
Got one about 4 and a half hours after I started !!

Wow! Your library is a good one. (In my neck of the woods, you only get 90 minutes per day.) Congratulations on your ticket!

I gave up temporarily, shutdown my laptop running windows updates and went back to work. Came home a couple hours later and it let me back in line, a couple of minutes later and I was able to buy tickets, but I haven't got my confirmation email yet. I clicked on the survey the confirmation page asked me to complete and it took over the window, then I couldn't go back.
