If you're still waiting for a ticket... here's a quick update
I logged in at 12 sharp.
Got "in queue" at about 12:01.
Had to refresh IE about six times and finally gave up and used Safari at about 1pm.
Waited until 4pm.
Then got an error. The page automatically refreshed to a blank sign-in page. It seemed to boot me out, asking for my login code again as if it was 12 noon all over again... what a scare. When I entered my code again, it finally took me to the buy ticket page.
This one fact... that is makes it seem as if you have lost your place in queue and must re-enter your code on a page that appears blank, as if you're starting all over again... well, it has caused so many people stress today. So, a simple request for next year:
Please have more informative ticket pages. Displaying the number in line couldn't hurt, especially with trouble-shooting. More importantly, have a few basic FAQ's listed or more description about what to expect in the process. Something more than "Hey There!" or "Greetings!", which I've been looking at for 4 hours. A thumbnail screenshot of each page in the process perhaps? Being "booted' so many times, especially right before purchasing a ticket, made me almost give up, thinking I was back at the end of the queue again.
Have watched my browser like a hawk for 4 hours, I finally did get my ticket. Wanted others, who are still waiting, to know. Wishing you best of luck!
