Note, who's in that bunny suit!! I submit, it was a subversive post by Gyre, to lure unsuspecting members of "rabbit lovers anonymous" into the "Beavers lair" wherein said "man eating beaver" may well snap at/on a member.

cleverly disguised as it was, that beaver was no ice cream cone, or ripe mango.

IT'S FRIDAY!!! Morning, YG, MDF, Gyre "and all the ships at sea". Beautiful weekend coming up. Doing some fun volunteering at the Exploratorium on Sunday morning in SF. Helping their move into their new digs on Pier 15. Then a bunch of my family and I will be going to the Ferry building for lunch where I believe the weekend Farmer's Market will be cooking. Should be a fun day, wish you were here.

Good morning everyone! in hand and woke up early. Havent been on here for awhile since work is kicking my butt. And then on a Sat I wake up at 6am. Hope everyone is great. Going to work on my "spin the wheel of Remorse" to take to the desert. Should be a hoot!

Bright and sunny, but cold day.

I was lucky to run into an old friend, who it turns out has started a business, related to hid passion: repairing and upgrading Ford diesel pickups. Wow, for free, he did a hugely comprehensive check, including all the computer checks, of my truck and gave me a list of "must do, should do, like to do" things.
We're going to do (I get to help and learn) several things that will not only make the truck work better, but help it last (especially the transmission) much longer, due to fixing factory weaknesses.

It's so nice to run across this sort of thing, from time to time. Yeah, I'll drop a couple K on the upgrades, but it seems it will be returned and much more, in durability, reliability, and economy.

i had the most ridiculous week, go go go go, and ended up forgetting about the one thing i was really looking forward to! dang i hate it when that happens.

and it continues, i have to paint my kitchen and kitchen cabinets and the ceiling in my entire front room by monday, and do my corporate tax return by next friday, and next week will be a very busy work week ..... egad

I have to go to bed now. Need to be at work at 5A tomorrow am to finish a project. Should be easy, but since it's outside, it would help if it was daylight. I think this photo says it all about things making sense in this world. I had a few good laughs today, and count it as a win.
Coffee maker is set for EARLIEST, so don't worry about that. oh I should tell the cat that if that bread is fried in a hot pan with a little butter, crack an egg in the middle space, turn over. quite nice.
