In Need Of Fire Drum for One Night

Hello fellow burners,

I'm organizing a ritual at our camp that would require a fire drum for Tuesday night. We would come and get it at your camp and bring it back the following day. We will provide the wood, all we need is the drum (we are all flying in from Canada).

Dougly--1, I asked that question and it's "burn barrel"; 2, flying down from Canada--getting a drum and torch and cutting it and then throwing it all away at the end of the burn might be turning "radical self-reliance" into "radical self-righteous". As always, ymmv.

Maybe you could use a community platform.

You can . . . disassemble or carry your artwork and place it in one of the community burn platforms that are placed at the terminus of the radial streets. The artwork could also be burned on the Man's platform AFTER the Man has fallen.

Yeah, burn barrel might have been a better term for it, sorry, English is not my first language.

In short, we're looking for any contraption that will allow us to make a fire at our camp for one night. We'll bring wood.

An old oil drum is often used for that but it doesn't have to be excatly that.

Pretty sure he was joking, as a wooden burn barrel wouldn't hold up too well. Given the limited responses, you might consider trying to craft something temporary for yourself (check out the fire regulations).
