*shuffles in, makes JuJu coffee, slams glass of juice*
ah, thanks pals........I'm hoping I burned most of whatever I had out last night.
I use "green black walnut and wormwood complex" a tincture, for stomach stuff. If I can catch it early, usually (and did it seems again) keeps me from puking.
chased that an hour later with emergen "C", then an hour later with another wormwood, in Becherovka. And lots of water.
topped with nyquil.
I can't imagine anything much in my guys living through all that. haha
stiff neck, headache and chills ensued, but, all seems "ok" today, feeling weak is about it (at least so far)

WAIT!!!!! You forgot the chicken soup. To the extreme dismay of chickens everywhere, this is what's sure to cure what ever ails you. Just sayin'. Do hope you feel better real fast, YG. Morning AntiM, MDF, FJ. TDIF.
Was at an ARTery meeting last night and learned that there are art pieces coming from Isreal, Russia, Lithuania, Canada, Tiawan, China, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, 60+ projects granted honoraria and tons of other art yet to come. Should be a wonderful year for art in 2013! We also have about 25 newbie ARTery volunteers. Gotta start making my Playa Schwag tomorrow!
Have a great one, kiddies

No, not a CROSS leprechaun, that's stupid.
Re: The Bar, Volume #4
here's some chicken soup, ygmir. I hope you feel better soon. Don't mess around and go chop wood, etc. REST will help it go away quicker. OOps, was channeling my inner mommy. Just a suggestion.

Good afternoon indeed! 70 F, light clouds, light breeze, and the almond trees are blooming. We do have a palm, across the street. But it looks rather out of place among all the oaks, and the nice lady wants me to delete it for her. Anybody want a free palm? Even large palms seem to transplant fairly well. Figjam? Wanna branch out? Actually, palms are botanically a type of grass, not trees.

What kind of palm, Elliot?
If you do fell it, the wood of the trunk is hard to dispose of. Most recycling places charge extra for palm trunks.

Re: The Bar, Volume #4
How big is it Elliot?
I"d love it.
interestingly, Dougly, regarding Palm wood:
as the Kennewick Man issue died down, the government, put a layer of palm logs, and matts, over the entire area where the remains were found, and then buried it in soil. Ostensibly, to keep anyone from ever digging there, again, and finding "more evidence". They said the palm does not rot?

Hello dear bffs
so glad to be back
Many musical events sharing the weather
trying to catch up on the things I missed.
.Yggy the stove is mag.
.Knowmad those are lovely breasts coming in
will you wear a brassiere ?
I am resisting all forms of confinement lately so some fine lacies are available
had to laugh at last years burn an artery volunteer gave me a hanger filled with many bras to give away at BRAf
fun to watch that scramble ..went well with their tutus..
.Marty, today the "Raygun Gothic Rocket Ship " is at Pier14 and BRAf is looking for buddies to hang there.
.maybe I will just stay home and work on the corned beef fixing.
.gotta say I think I love the new Pope Francis with his humble stance , dont know if I love him enough to go back in personal sense
but Jesuit was my schooling when young.

I went to the last event in the Jewish Music Festival last night. The opening band was an au capella chorus that sings Leonard Cohen songs. But most of them were wearing suits, or hats, or both, and it was this odd ~thing~ because it was like being in a room with a lot of Eric-type energy, but no actual Eric.

Re: The Bar, Volume #4
Fishy , I get it
But The event I was most delighted with featured a 60's theme and featured a Beatles band ( other fabulous new musicians also)
what rocked me was when I purred to the musician I was dancing with
"God I never should have left this era !"
And he answered me with
"God I wasnt born yet."
Very fun

Perhaps a Washington. At least it has the "fan" fronds. Around 25 feet tall, by wild eyeballing. It has survived night frost down to the mid 20s F, but don't know what might happen at your place, Ygmir.ygmir wrote:How big is it Elliot?
Whatever you do, don't get a Queen up there. I find them far prettier, but mine in Sacramento lost most of its fronds at 31 F.

yeah, from time to time,it can get into the low 20's here, even to 0 or so about every decade.
I'd have to bring my backhoe over to dig it up.
