I'll admit to a binge every now and then, it's sort of like a good book, and you have to keep at it.

I do, but then I remember that sometimes when those dice are rolling at the table, you've just gotta trust your luck.

My job, mostly. I feel like holding on to a government job in this economy is worth considering. Also, there's the whole "Can I go to Thailand in an wheelchair" thing.
TPBM really wants to go to Burma, not Thailand.

Sorta...I love it when I look up a word I'm about to use, but not sure if it's what I though, and find out, somehow, somewhere I learned that obscure word and subconsciously ready to use it.

TPBM is making corned beef and cabbage this weekend, not giving a shit what country created it.

I've never had corned beef. And cabbage is universal--in a Northern European sort of way.
TPBM thinks it sad that the Irish didn't have Borscht.

nah, I'm not to Fond of Beets. And pretty indifferent when it comes to the plight of the Irish. I've got my own people who are Raging drunks that hate our colonizers religion and laws to worry about.

TPbm looks for ways to save the environment that fit their upwardly mobile lifestyle.

No. I'm not sure I'm upwardly mobile, for one. I do feel this urge to tell the Greenpeace people with clipboards that I work for an environmental agency all day, and I don't want to be waylaid by clowns asking me to help the environment.
TPBM thinks I'm too nice.

Some of us work in clubs and don't have a way to avoid tonight. I am wearing all black, with just a green tie (no green tie - boss not happy, green tie - I'm being ironic...) When you're a bearded redhead, you learn to dread the drunks (unless they're hot, in which case it's all "good luck to kiss a leprechaun!")
