Brides of March was a lot of fun. Actually more fun than I expected. KCRA channel 3 (the local NBC affiliate) even did a short bit, a throwaway piece on it. I don't think anybody recognized me.

Re: The Bar, Volume #4
Good morning, bar, long time no see! All moved in at the new place, and back to (ir)regular daily programming. There will be bits and bobs and fun little projects galore in the months ahead, but for the most part what's in storage is for storage and what's in the loft is in the loft. The weekend got a late start, but was spent doing a lot of relaxing. Farmer's Market on Saturday (still easy to get to on the Muni), then a bit of wandering around and then drinks and whatnot with friends at a place on the water a few blocks from our place. I spent most of Sunday catching up on sleep while Pandorra tinkered around on projects and made what might have been the best corned beef I've ever had in my life. All-day slow cook on stuff from our new favorite meat market, and she topped it off with a bunch of other goodies from Saturday's trip to the Farmer's Market. Now to dive into a new week and new projects and get caught up on things and see the posts and announcements from various artists about this year's projects (all the grant applicants were contacted last week).
Brides Of March sounds cool, Doc. Thanks, Ugly Dougly, now I'm craving Beard Papa
I saw the news last week about Bruno selling on. Good for him on his retirement and all, but a little sad to see it go/change hands. Hopefully whoever buys the places keeps the names.

Welcome back, Trilo! Good to see you here again.
Whoever buys the place should keep the waitress.
We had fun there.
Hey all *waves* I need a beer, or something. 10 more minutes at work and then: a mile walk in the freezing rain. I am so ready for Spring.

A special waitress. She asked us all our names, and knew that we each had a set of names, one for the playa.

Re: The Bar, Volume #4
What an excellent bike rack, Elorrum! Thanks to a care package that arrived yesterday from a friend of mine at Sony with an advance on a new release, my day's off to a solid start. The volume's low right now, but will be cranking up once the neighbors have a chance to get up and moving. Between that and caffeine, I'll be bouncing off the walls in no time

Morning, kiddies!!
Beautiful day with some rain forecast for tonight and tomorrow. Loved Elliot's news reports from Clear Lake Woebegone. Good luck in your new digs, Trilo.

Yes!
*munches on a cookie and watches the orange electric glow of the old radio's vacuum tubes fade, hoping to hear more news from Clearlake again sometime*
Well, winter is almost over here, which is ok, because that means that spring is right around the corner, which is ok, because that means summer isn't far behind, which is ok, because that means that TTITD is fast approaching, ..and that, my friends, sounds great!

*leaps aboard behind BVB, steals his cookie*
Hello everyone!
I got caught up on my sleep finally, yelled at Amtrak Customer Service, pretended to do some housework and now I am feeling great.
Think I will wander over and read Elliot's latest.

Hope to see you in the dust this year!

Re: The Bar, Volume #4
Drinks all round! I finally got over to the market to replenish the vodka, after slaving away all day over hot pixels and vertices. I'll probably end up slaving over them all night too, but at least I'll have had a few beverages along the way...

Yggy! Cutting lumber? What are you building? I was going to start sewing today but I just lazed around instead.
