Being 'in the lifestyle' I'm sure you can appreciate that people might be wary and suspicious of that guy who shows up to the party, doesn't introduce himself or get to know any of the other party guests, and starts aggressively cruising. That's kind of what you did here by jumping onto the site, skipping any introductions or attempts to get to know the place at all, and posting a lifestyle camp sos thread. I'm not sure if that was your intention or not (I sure hope it wasn't), but if you're really serious about your interest I'd suggest heading back to square one. First go head on over to the
Introduce Yourself board and do just that, tell us about yourself. You don't have to go into the details of your sex lives or anything, just a bit of a hello. If you haven't already read the survival guide and first timer's guides before joining ePlaya, they really are must-reads. Lots of good info on a range of categories and topics. Next, take a look at the
How To Join A Theme Camp thread. It's still fairly early in the season, many camps are still forming up their plans and have not posted anything publicly (whether they're open to or seeking new members or not). Keep your eyes open, more camps will be posting in the weeks and months ahead. Then by all means, continue to surf the boards, you'll find answers to lots of questions here - and if you don't find answers then post the questions, there are a lot of awesome people here with an incredibly diverse range of skills and experiences, ready to weigh in with their opinions and suggestions.
Good luck!
