I don't like grape leaves (sour!) but I love stuff like gyros, lamb skewers, spanikopita, and baklava . . . which I didn't realize until recently, because baklava quality can run the gamut from "gross" to "proof of divinity".

The person below me can cook a specific country's specialties especially well.

interesting you say that, in that for several years, I was "chef" at an authentic Greek banquet. All things cooked as in Greek times, only those spices, tunic, togas and no undies!!!!
ETA: my stuffed grape leaves were not sour. Neither, was the staff party afterwards..........ah, the days of youth and good looks.........sigh.

I almost wore a brand new pair of black jeans today. I'm glad I didn't since I've done a lot of dusty crawling outside in the metal fencing.
Tpbm has felt a few drops of rain in the breeze today.

Nope not here. Though, yesterday and today are pretty sunny and its melting all the snow from Sat/Sun so its pretty humid, at least for us.

TPBM is pretty damned excited for spring and summer, but isn't looking forward to the mosquitoes and flies.
