Yesterday I learned that Word's character count function seriously underestimates the true size of a block of text, making for serious fun when your form is validating character count on text that has vital importance for the career prospects of ambitious people.
Today, I learned that I have a headache.

What I learned today:
- Its very easy to unmount and fix a garbage disposal if something is jammed deep in it.
- Das Boot is a great movie
- I'm "brash and gregarious" because I sleep on my stomach with my arms folded around my head.
- There are people who get paid to smell farts

What's your favorite position?
What if my position changes several/multiple times a night?
Today I learned that yesterday was the day I was supposed to send in the estimated taxes. Well. Fuck my day.

Now Smiling
I learned that, even on a crappy work day, a silly call from a friend will always make me smile.

Yep... I haven't found one yet, but that has been one of my little O/C quirks for years. Oh yeah, and Im watchin' out for that snake that I just KNOW will be in my toilet one day. Wouldn't want to sit down without checking first.to look for spiders in my hard-hat ear muffs before putting them over my ears.
and in keeping with the thread, I learned how to flip stuff in a skillet without a spatula

Yesterday I learned the most important thing in a long time: that Gilligan's first name was "Willy".
I thought Gilligan WAS his first name. Or that he had only one name.
Great bar trivia question.
For the others out there: Do you know what the Skipper's full name was? (this was mentioned only once, in the first episode, in the radio report about the Minnow being lost at sea.) Hint: it's very appropriate for a salty old sailor like the Skipper....
