Well if you thinking buying ice is fun, you should try selling it!!!mytripod wrote:I thought the ice people were way cool (heh). The 3:00 plaza is my preferred ice place. Just hanging out waiting for ice is a fun experience.
Or, at least come buy your ice on Tuesday from 9 to Noon.

Water Proof Boom Box would be sweet! Fwiw, at Ice Cubed they (usually, some days it doesn't work) have a stereo. Though a water proof boom box would always kick ass no matter where you're using it!

It's getting closer and closer to time!
Everyone all together now! IF YOU ARE IN LINE FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT ICE YOU ARE IN THE WRONG LINE, breakfast, bacon and blowjobs are THAT way, Coffee is over there! THIS IS FOR ICE ONLY! And the first person to bring me a cup of coffee with cream and sugar gets to go to the front of the line.

I would! Except you saw how much trouble I had moving around in the box. I couldn't bend over, couldn't sit down, and couldn't even really turn 90 degrees. Box v2.0 should be better, but probably not good enough for selling ice.TinkerMom wrote:And don't forget to wear your box!!!!

Do we have a second round of 3 to 6 folks show up at the start of each shift. Just in case someone isn't able to keep working... for what ever reason?
Who all would be interested in doing another shift in the week? What shift?
Thursday, same time-same place?
I'm thinking that maybe we hit up Ice Queen before the request for Volunteers even goes out. Hopefully insuring our Ice shift.
So, maybe we'll do like last year? Everyone send me-

The major difference between a thing that might go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot possibly go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at or repair.

Wondering if this might work...
I was a cashier last year, (not the best, but seemingly adequate) and would gladly give it another shot if allowed. My sweety, PlayaPoppa, is a real 'People Person', and would be a much better Greeter than I.
Let me know what you think of that... we're pretty flexible.
