Dispute Resolution Center, where to locate?

Looking for opinions on where to locate this project. It's more performance than art, it's not a theme camp, and it probably won't be mobile, since the MV that was going to tow it is probably not showing up this year. Do I locate it in proximity to my camp, although it doesn't fit in with what the rest of the camp is doing? Close to the Esplanade? Somewhere in near playa? There will be classes and demonstrations in addition to the main attraction.
