LA Decompression 2004 Photos

Hello everyone. Below is a link to the pictures I took at the LA Decompression Party 2004 yesterday. The night pictures are a little fuzzy, but by that time of night the world looked like that to me anyway. Feel free to share the link with your friends.

It was overcast most of the day, and by the time Mutaytor played it started to rain. The 40 foot flame bursts, the fire dancing, the laser beams all illuminated the falling rain drops. Couple that with the tribal beats, the amazing arialists and the crazy video images projected onto local buildings and it was a mind-altering experience (even if your mind was not already altered).

As the event wound down, it started raining heavier. We all responded by dancing harder. We were all ready for more when the event ended. I was by the exit as people were leaving and they all were the smiliest soaking wet folks you ever saw. The Blue Bongo Cafe was still packed when I left at 2 am, with Mamma Sutra playing some tasty tunes. There were several after parties that were all well attended.
