Ok, this guys girlfriend is no more (its complicated), now I got an extra ticket (least after fullment).
Got my camp project/projects started and so forth, now what shall I do,

Scalp it-for a profit?'
Scalp it for cost?
S.T.E.P it back?
Give it away?
Join a camp and share it there?
Take my beastie?
Wait and see if she will return (doubt it)?
Find another lady friend?
Take a stranger?
Other creative ideas out there?

It's really up to you, but here are my thoughts.

Double check that the original buyer-to-be doesn't want to buy the ticket. Tell her you're going to sell it if not.

Resist scalping. If someone reports you as a scalper, your scalped ticket will almost certainly be invalidated (and some other problems will crop up).

Selling it at cost, plus the fees you incurred, is perfectly fine. If you want to get what you paid for it, sell before August. Last year tickets were going for below face value in August. That might not happen again--but there's a good chance it could.

STEP is easy. You can sell into STEP until July 31st at Noon Pacific Standard Time.

If you were looking for a theme camp anyway, join one . . . and then see what the need is within the camp. See "Regionals" at the top right of the main site and Google "Burning Man Facebook [Region] or [City]" and meet some locals. Pursue a camp you like, 'cause you don't want the attraction to be your ticket (nor do they, frankly--camps want compatible people . . .and you probably want a camp you genuinely like).

If you decide to give it away to someone you don't know, keep in mind that most of us on this board don't want to read the essays (if that's part of your process) and that some of us are a little compulsive about reading every post.
