The simplest loin cloth is to take a long rectangular piece of cloth and a rope.
Wrap the cord around your waist at least once, twice would be better.
Tuck the back end of the cloth over the cord from the inside so it hangs down in the back.
Pull up the remaining cloth and pull up through the cord in the front.
Pull until it is snug. Tie the cord firmly.
Hang the cloth down the front.
You are done.
