thanks for reading my post! I am writing because I am desperately looking for Warriors to support my project, The Warrior Pyramid Of Peace so I can bring this beautiful piece of public art to the playa. Please support me on Kickstarter with as little as you can

I was hoping that burners would support burners to bring art to the playa that can be enjoyed by everyone. Unfortunately my Kickstarter proposal has been very slow and I am running out of time. In return I offer help with your projects if you need me.

I came to Burning Man last year for the first time and since then I have set up a label, called The Warrior Project, a lifestyle label for urban art. I am looking for anyone who wants to be part of this journey, either supporting me on Kickstarter, helping it build or who can sponsor material such as wood or paint, a work space in San Francisco ... it's all welcome.
I am based in London, UK but the plan is to come over to San Francisco mid july to hopefully build my installation.

I am always amazed by the chutzpah of anyone that joins a community bulletin board and their first post is to beg for money. Said persons might find their request better received if they were first to get to know the community.

my biggest problem is the show of priorities: the kick starter link is before the projects webpage link.

I looked into Warriors Stuff.
Looks like a promising work in progress to bring Art. had to translate pounds in to monopoly money and realized that the projects bottom line is realistic, and well thought out.
I also discovered that he also backs other Artist plans (Sea Grass) and is working with contacts on getting the dream to float.
I say good luck, I've got a couple of UK burner friends that might be able to help I plan on sharing this with them.

And as a friendly tip to a new eplayan. think of Snark as playa dust, It's going to be there it's going to ruin your nice things it's corrosive and it's part of the burn. roll with it, roll in it.

I had to look up sock accounts. Sorry, I only have one account on eplaya and I don't post much, but am making more of an effort to do so. I should try to emulate -some people- and post a lot but say nothing worthwhile.

Add to the conversation. anybody can do a drive by, shooting criticism and sounding clever. Be on topic and make friends. we love snark round here but only when it makes sense. it's an art form, first you need to know the rules and structure, then you can go free form.
