Sorry, #2 and #4 would pretty much stop me.
#2 is far too dangerous a mindset for me to entertain (prior military- I can do this, but without knowing if someone personally is worthy of loyalty FIRST- ain't gonna happen).
#4 all of these emotions have their definite place. I cannot myself simply 'reject' them. Maybe the unhappiness, but the rest serve to start adrenaline pumping and provide a conscience. Nice to say they are rejected, in reality this is wishful thinking. I think you mean unnecessary fear, guilt, anger and unhappiness.

1. at times... uh, no.
2. no, didn't in the military, won't start now.
3. yes, maybe not Pat Buchanan, Pat Robertson, Jimmy Swaggert
4. not exactly, i thrive on all that stuff
5. sure... as long as we are naked.

and finally, yes... in a curmudgeonly manner at all times.

may i suggest instead of stopping the operations of the older order, start a new order without the issues of the older order... a tall task, yet worth the effort.

This takes a total paradigm break, which ain't easy. It sometimes ends in madness (i.e. French and Russian Revolutions; or the rising of the kundalini)

it's ok. i had a hinduism teacher who gave us the instructions for raja yoga and then told us we could go mad if we tried it without a guide. so of course, i did. every day for a time.

explains a lot, doesn't it?
ok, gotta say though, it was weird to be doing it, then look in the mirror and not recognise myself.

That's the one, right there. That's where the break occurs. If you stay in the break long enough, the paradigm shifts by itself, and there is a new person looking back at you.

and those examples cited above are why i am quite content with changing the status quo ever so slightly instead of overthrowing the man, 'cause he's keeping me down revolution nonsense.

No one can answer #1. truthfully... so, someone else decide for me.
#2? Nope. I almost got my ass blown away doing that... there's no telling what could happen to my ass this time... 'course, then again I may like it...
#3... If they are willing to share, also, and not act like a rabid vampire, sucking every fucking bit of kindness out of me and leaving me alone as an undead husk of life-that-once-was.
#4 No... but I'm doing better!!
#5 Absolutely!! As a matter of fact, at some point you may want to stuff something in my mouth just to shut me up!!

And, yeah... I can be a friend...

So, Kristy, do you live up to these? Who do you take your orders from? So is this a friend/ master relationship? I'm totally confused. Because some of these are not very reciprocal. And it seems like someone who's humble wouldn't be giving orders.

Oi. i'm headed back to the bar. booze is less confusing.
