Storage unit in Reno

Post by Starts_w_R » Mon Jun 24, 2013 9:32 am

Camp from NYC. going HOME for the second year is looking to share the expense of a storage unit in Reno (or near by). We have a few bean bag chairs and 2 plastic bins, approx 30in X 30in size.

Please contact me if you already have a unit with space or are also interested in getting a small unit.

Storage is not as expensive around Reno as it is in NYC. You may not need to share.
Do a search of eplaya. Some surprisingly low rates have been available, particularly if you can pay in advance for a full year.

I'm also based in NYC and looking to send some stuff out there. Was considering getting a PO box that i could send packages to but would do this if that was possible.

In N.W. Reno, on North McCarran Blvd there's a Walmart between West Seventh & Mae Anne. ... Across the street is a Save Mart, Dollar Tree, someone had a wireless access point, and most importantly - a UPS store, which you can ship items to, picking up for a $5 fee (make sure you check their hours - if you're in late Sunday, you may not be happy waiting til Monday morning to pickup your packages).
(do not ship to the UPS store at Firestone)
Just Ship-To "Your Name" with the UPS store address including the zip code (check the UPS Store web site). Do not confuse them by including "UPS Store" in the shipping address.

If you are spending a night pre burn at a hotel, they will usually accept and hold packages for you as well.
Savannah: I don't know what it is, but no thread here escapes alive. You'll get 1 or 2 real answers at minimum, occasionally 10 or 12, and then we flog it until it's unrecognizable and you can't get your deposit back.
