Number one: Congratulations to all those who got placement! And a big shout-out to the Placement-folk, whom I hope are getting some much-deserved sleep right about now. You guys ROCK!!!

Number B: I'm moist with delight to announce that INEBRIATION NATION has received official placement at 3:00 and the street known only as "E." Nobody else seems to be revealing the street names, and far be it from me to spoil the surprise. (Although I will say it's a really cool street name, and was one of my favorite movies...)

Inebriation Nation is here to help you avoid the sorry fate of being the only one sober enough to actually recognize John Frum when he does come, fleeing in terror from his hideous laserbeam eyesockets while your friends simply lean on things and chat amiably about the new BoC record, blissfully oblivious to their imminent doom. We're a cluster of several multi-year camps who have joined together in a mutual quest to rid our fair city of the scourge of sobriety (and/or boredom, and/or fear et. al.) that has befallen us, or may well befall us at some indeterminate point in the future. Kamp Kioty, Tikiplex-12, and the all-time classic Playa bar The Livers' End welcome you for frosty beverages, quirky cinema, sick beats, and Giant Nintendo (though not necessarily in that order). We're also providing a huge Art Wall to leave messages/drawings/ruminations for Mr. Frum and your fellow travelers, and a Museum stocked with smaller-scale works from regional artists.

We're not really sure how this will all blend together, but it has raisins in it, and you DO like raisins. See you in the dust!

Black Rock French Quarter Reporting for Duty. Circus Combustus will be bringing our SE regional fire circus antics to Burning Man this year, at 3:00 and E. We will have an aerial rig, fire performers, acrobalancers, a peep show box, flame effects, and variety shows nightly early in the week. Got some circus skills? come find us and we'll try and fit you into the lineup. Shows ~9ish M/Tu/Wed and circus hijinx at all times. The circus has also absorbed the Funk Pirates, who will host our bar, serving Dark And Stormys and nothing else, and cruising around on our white pirate ship art car, FLy me to the Moon. Look for a pirate cocktail party at some point in the week.

Smallfry here with the Shady MotherFAFFers! We'll be holding it down at 2:45 and D this year. We've got lots of shady hangout space, So come and take a load off. We'll be having the occasional dance party, and this year we're home to Beezus Christ, Super Car- our very own mutant bee-hicle! We'll have an altar for offerings and a confessional book so that you can confess your sins, plus when Beezus is home we'll be serving the occasional honey and mead off of the back!
