Hello everyone out there in cyber-space.

Very excited to pop my Burner Cherry. Been meaning to get out there for years but the money was always the issue. I enjoy expanding consciousness, Terence McKenna, Dancing, Fashion, and of course good music, people, and our mother earth.

I live in Brooklyn where I own my own business slanging clothing and what-have-you.

Can't wait to BURN THE MAN!!

Welcome, tifftifftiffporter! :D I'm glad this is your year.

If you're not traveling solo or with friends and decide to look for a camp, try not to lead with your interest in 'expanding consciousness'. For some, those words mean meditation; for others it means doing substances that are illegal in the state of Nevada. Anyway, if you bring that up with strangers it'll make them think 1) you're indiscreet, and likely to invite scrutiny by law enforcement, or 2) . . . you're law enforcement. :lol:

Howdy Savannah!

Good tips, I usually keep that under wraps when it comes to in person encounters though. AND I expand in many ways. But one of the main focuses for me with Burning Man are the lectures and discussions that this event brings forth for the psychedelic community, which is why I stated that in my introduction.

I will surely be hanging around Palenque Norte & Doing some Vedic Meditation as well. After all, I just got my mantra!

Thick vac bags are your friend. Do the speed limit, and avoid Chicago. You should be good on your way out.

While on playa, do ask first before hugging.. read the guide.. don't mind the black.. fear the cream.. know the khaki.. zip up your tent.. tell people whats in the cookie... yada yada yada
