Looking for a wedding photographer, ours just cancelled

So as the title say, our photographer just cancelled He stated prior commitments to BMORG and didn't want to leave us high and dry on our wedding day if something comes up. It was actually an arrangement we made on eplaya a couple of months ago, so hoping for a little more luck here.

Our wedding will be on the Wednesday afternoon, quick ceremony, followed by a reception of Rye, Poutine(a Canadian delicacy for anyone wondering) and Ice cream cake.
This is the one area of our wedding that we want done professionally, so if there's anybody out there that can help us we would be forever grateful, even if it is just getting us in contact with someone you know.

I say you give the task over to playadipity.

That is to say, give the task to a best man/maid of honor/good friend in your group to go hit Playa Info as soon as you arrive and set up camp, to post a notice on the (physical) bulletin board. Then they should go pay a visit to BMIR, Radio Elektra, and any other playa radio stations to put out a call to the public - wedding photographer(s) needed. Let them know where you're at so interested photographers can come by, and let people know where the nuptials will be (in case listeners might want have an interest in witnessing your special moment.

Sure, it's kinda chancing it, but so is marriage, and life, and so many things about this crazy event. The playadipity route could prove to add a new level of participation for that best man/maid of honor/good friend, and an even deeper connection to the event.

Thanks for the replies. As luck would have it a friend who is also a professional photographer informed me less than 24 hours after our original cancelled that he had acquired a ticket, and would love to shoot our wedding.
