now to search for home remedies....

Gotta be careful with those 'home remedies'.
A friend and two of his friends, that I happen to know, went camping and no one thought to take TP.

One idiot wiped with poison ivy!!!

But being the smart idiot he is, he remembered one 'scientific fact': poison ivy breaks down with UV light. Also being a knowledgeable smart idiot, he remembered that the sun produces UV light. And the reports are, and from himself not just the unfortunate witnesses, that he quickly combined the two and decided to lay on his back like a turtle, holding his knees to his chest, and pointing the affected area at the sun.

No feedback on if the UV worked on the poison ivy, but the reports are it did thoroughly sunburn the affected parts.

dang, this diet stuff......it's hard to get "acclimated" to lower calories and such. It seems to weaken me. low energy and such.( I barely have the strength to scratch all this exquisite poison oak). But, I'm determined to lose a few lbs. before the burn.

I saw a nutritionist last week, or the ghost of Christmas future. I've been taking instruction. Blood tests showed opportunities I can't deny. It's not hard and I feel better. Not weighing though, just checking how clothes fit.

just had a cabbage, cilantro, shrimp, onion, garlic, cottage cheese and sharp white cheddar cheese salad.......that does help. Thanks for the idea of eating, Savanna.

Also there are the 1000 tickets that are being offered on OMG through BMORG. Register her profile on August 2. That registration closes on Aug 5 and then those tickets get sold to the first 1000 on the queue. Should not be a problem and I am looking forward to seeing Delle once again!!!
