I think it depends on the heaven.
Burner heaven--of course.
14th century gregorian chant heaven. No.
Valhalla--maybe they've imported it. (If so, who are they fighting everyday--BBR, or the yahoos?)
Chinese joss stick heaven? I don't have the education to speculate. Although, if getting things from your descendents by their burning them could leave them with all the men from all the years, plus all the temples.
And no telling what's in Voudon heaven.
