Selling back to STEP

I got a ticket through STEP but need to sell it back. The FAQs say to login and look at "Sparkles" under profile but there's no link listed. I've searched everywhere, emailed ticket help. No reply so far. Any info? Links? Has anyone successfully sold back to step?
