Logistics for separate travelers picking up STEP tickets

Hi -

I have two tickets obtained via STEP, both under my name. (Virgin Burner, me.)

The other person is traveling from a different location, and arriving at a different time than me. I arrive first (likely a day or two before the other).

I recall that STEP tickets are picked up at Will Call.

Will I need to arrange to be at the Will Call pickup place when the other person arrives, or will I be able to arrange for them to pick up the ticket without me? It seems logistically challenging to arrange to be at the Will Call when they arrive.

Guidance, anyone?

If you need to give your will call tickets to multiple people, we suggest this solution: have the name on the order changed to the person who is arriving to the event first and it will be that person's responsibility to place the other ticket(s) under their individual names at will call after they have retrieved their ticket. This can get messy so make sure you can trust the person who is picking up the tickets first.
