It's not always the same. I just received an email from Greeters with a totally different time than earlier announced. (I really don't want to post it and cause anyone to get there too early). In order to meet my campmates I would like to know.

Survival Guide says 6PM Sunday. I think this is the 3rd or 4th year for that time.

+1 and definitive official answer in that gates are indeed 6PM on Sunday. Big thanks to the BLM for not only allowing it, but allowing us to publicize that so people can plan accordingly.
