Hi all,
Basically, I have 2 tickets in my name for BM, but I'm unable to go now, so I need to transfer it to my friends name. But using the official website is getting me nowhere, (4 times I've tried and no response). I've also emailed them on the Burning Man Tickets Support.
Does anyone know if there's a contact number or anything where I can speak to a human and get it transferred?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as time is certainly ticking!

Sending an email to [email protected] is the right thing to do. Have patience, they'll get you taken care of in fairly short order (you're emailing during one of the busiest times of the year). Don't try to call the office, and don't send in multiple emails/requests.

My friend didn't get her ticket sold at STEP. I know she needs to write a post here in order to get it sold now.
Changing the name on the ticket doesn't seem too hard, but how are people organizing the payment of the ticket? Through PayPal? What's the easiest way since we live abroad?

They need to be smart enough to find and read the readme announcement at the top of each of the ticket boards, or to be able to find and read the FAQ.
