ah, well... as you learned how to fall properly in Jane's contact course, you shoudn't be worried. Except when tipsy dance partners have control (and I use the term loosly) over your body, instead of gravity.

I won't be here this weekend, my pet. Remember? Diego. (not Rivera) But I'll be back at the LL on monday night, to share some (i'm assuming) wickedly fun stories.

Good day everyone, An angel of mercy with a coffeepot!
It's good to see there is Tisha's trying to class up the place, with someone like you regyna.

I'd love some black coffee, please.

I can see now why things never really took off last night here The two with the most to bring to the table were dancing on a bar getting there clothes cut off them with swords. And that was on a Monday night I cant even imagine what a Friday night would be like........

300's coming up. Quick; I think I have some streamers in the back room. Let's do a little quick decorating, and celebrate, huh?

I purposely forgot mine. Actually, I didn't really have one set that I could bring...

I'm glad I didn't, actually. They would have gotten lost, or, worse, used in the "art"... speaking of which, did you ever find that purple scarf that I had around my neck? The last time I remember seeing it, you were using it to blindfold the sword guy with the goatee (why can't I remember his name!!? Oh, yeah. Because I was drinking. I'll remember it next time I get drunk...).

I love the dinner idea. Yes yes yes!

I saw that and saw the delete and sanctions she placed on the guy with the cotton mouth thread, looks like we need to watch ourselves around here.

I don't miss contact... and it wasn't swords, it was machettes, and the little fuckers we did it with.... uh... ohhhh..... sorry, wrong 'contact'.

Don't mind me. Since I missed 100 and 200, I want to be on hand for three hundred. How long has this thread been up, anyway? About a week or two? Man, this is a popular place! We were doing the cheap liquor shots last night until I crawled out.

Well, my celebratory drink of choice is Single Malt, of course. If I could get a glass placed here in front of me, I would like to toast our hostess at the mostest appropriate time.

ok, now i'm gonna be a bit petulant.
went over to say hi to Techno, the darlin', and apparently i can't because it's thread drift. to make matters WORSE, she deleted an illegal thread i've not yet read.

damnit.

who knows what the cotton mouth bit said?

Regyna, you're a contacter too? Hooray!

So as far as SeaEplayan Dinner, i like Bleu - it's a little more expensive, and seating is harder to get for big groups, but you CAN'T beat the ambiance.

who all do we have?
GE
RJ
Lydia
Sensei
the Capt (but he'll never come)

i think that's pretty much it for the regulars, but also
Nipper
Q
RebA!
Twinkie
Revvy
CC Sallie
Playa Doc (where the hell is he anyway??)

shit. that's a lot. if we wanna have it at bleu we might have to get a headcount first to make sure we'll all fit.

In the cotton mouth thing ... he was saying that he was smoking something he shouldn't be and his mouth got really dry and it reminded him of how his mouth felt on the playa and someone said it was because of the composition of the dust makes the mouth dry. So he asked if anyone else has real-world experiances that remind them of the playa.

WHat I can't figure out is how Technopatra figured it was illegal activity. Smoking that stuff is legal in a lot of places, even more if you have a prescription.

when you click the link it should open whichever player supports the stream there you will have music. If you are behind a firewall it might be a bit of a pain.
