Anybody see the coordinates in the lower left of the ticket? Is that the precise location of the golden stake they drove in the center of the event, from which all the streets are laid out?

You have them slightly wrong, it's:
Lat: 40.788644800000000000
Lon: -119.2030177000000300
That minus sign is kind of critical.

And, yes, as far as I know that is the Golden Spike.

You can enter them here to see for yourself, it looks like the center point is slightly up towards the Temple from last year.
