Burner Express luggage allowance?

So. The luggage allowance for the Burner Express is as follows according to their website:

Standard Luggage Allowance which allows you two (2) large luggage items and one (1) carry on item that must fit underneath the seat or the Large Luggage Allowance which allows you four (4) large luggage items and one (1) oversized item (i.e. a bike)

My gear is as follows:

• 1 x 40L backpack
• 1 x small duffel bag
• 4 x 2.5 gallon water jugs
• 1 x small cooler or box of food

Am I then to conclude that the only way to transport what to me seems like a pretty standard burner's inventory is to purchase the large luggage allowance? Or am I misinterpreting here?

I just saw this in the Burner Express FAQ on burningman.com:

Q. What about food and water?
A. Each bus is accompanied by a truck that will carry your gear into Black Rock City. You'll still need to bring all your food with you. For an extra fee, some of the buses will stop at a grocery store in Reno for people who need to finish their shopping.

Not sure how I missed that before. I'm thinking I'm going to bring some green tape and a sharpie to label my stuff if this is how they do it. Just in case.
