Burgers on the Playa

Hi you sexy burners!
We are bringing a virgin this year, and we decided to come super last minute. Blair (the virgin) LOVES burgers, but unfortunately (coming from Montreal) we have coolers/tent/ burgers are kind of out of the question. Also it's her birthday on August 30th (Friday) so we were hoping to locate a food camp or even some new friends who want to help us fulfill this LOVE for her. Let us know how we can contribute best to the cause, we are shopping in Reno on the Sunday. HUGS!!!!

find someone with an RV who is willing to stuff a little 1 pound log-of-beef into their freezer... or someone who is bringing dry ice...

thats the only way youd get beef to last till friday

im planning on doing burgers for the first time on the playa this year for myself.. and they are planned for the first 2-3 days..

Dry ice can keep hamburger frozen solid, but I'm not sure how how long it takes to thaw if you transfer it from a dry ice cooler to a regular cooler. (It's not like you can safely thaw hamburger in open air, I'm pretty sure.)

i might actually do that one day if i end up feeling all crapped out and need something that i dont have in my tent
