Yeah, so landing in the fracking hospital for a month blew my doors clean off (still in a painful back braced stage) and trying to gallivant around Reno before and during the Burn will be tough/iffy for me....so back to plan A.
Me and a few close friends will have a small-ish gathering or three at my place this year....Fires~ Art and ONLINE BURNING!!! *<;-)~

Last year's UStream was wonderful!

A friend came over at one point while I was had it on, and she said, "I thought Burning Man was full of naked people." We looked at the webcam and there, crawling on the huge rock kinetic sculpture, was a naked man. I could not help myself. I said, "The Playa provides."

Also, some of us can PM and da bar 4 thread chat with each other here on eplaya (BoxBurner etc etc) if we get lonely or sick of the dumb asses posting bacon over and over again in the chat provided with the u-stream channel (my godson and others told me that was a bit of an issue for him last year, lmfao!) Yea, we got bacon...once is enough, not 1000's of times...sheeesh!

The camp Envy U-stream crowd (online burners aplenty and many seasoned burners, too) pointed me towards this place (see below)...sorta like a sound camp (omfg!) with (dj's) omfg!! and I just thought I'd post it for we "off playa" burners.
I'm not diggin' being stranded off playa gang...but it is what it is...fuuuuuuuck!

I'm curious Fire Moose, does the camera zoom in on the man burn? That'd be cool. Perhaps the CORE burn as well.

My birthday is Tuesday, 2nd day of the burn and a handful of us are gonna be gathered and making Volcano fire cocktails~ and watching live u-stream, should be interesting....maybe listen to some prime time BMIR and other music, of course.

Still, I think everyone should go to at least ONE burn in their short time upon this planet...being "on playa" for the burn, well there's nothing else like it...

I'm thinking midnight the cam goes live...I have yet to check. Posting CList ads right now, but afterwards Ima heading over there to have a look see.
