BMIR: Performers/Musicians/DJs/Bands on the playa

I am planning a radio show for BMIR radio, and this year, I would only like to play music from musicians who are on the playa this year.

Whether you are a musician who is on the playa, or know of a musician who is on the playa, help me out by letting me know.

This applies to all genres, as long as the music is original in nature.

Jazz, Rock, House, Dubstep, Punk, Afrofusion, Rap, Polka, you name it.

Post here the name of the Artist. Any more information such as where I can get the music for this artist, a link to their home page, or a little bit of info about them, any gigs they might have on the playa, where they might be camped (if they don't mind people knowing), etc.

I will consider remix artists if I don't have enough for a full set. (ie, if you have remixed the music for the original track of another artist, this might be ok as filler).

I'll play only what I think is the best of who's going to be on the playa, according to my tastes. But my tastes also vary. I love all styles, all genres, as long as it's good...

Imagine this bill to be mostly jazz and Miles, Coltrane, Gillespie, Bill Evans, and Charlie were playing. The electronica equivalents are in this BM lineup. I'm floored that I'll see Orbital, Infected Mushroom, and Oakie in the same week. Hell, might even shoot for NAS.
