Denver!!!

So I clearly should have crocheted a plane to appease the transportation gods. Instead of getting in to Reno tonight, I'm overnighting in Denver and getting in to Reno at 11 am tomorrow. Fun times

Anyone else stranded?

Cougar is onboard as far as I know. Cheaper than I anticipated though I did get a few looks. Gifted a dog tag to a girl from Minneapolis who listened to my demented ravings about BM at the airport bar. Just means Reno will be a bigger rush than anticipated but I can do this.

American is currently giving me a sampling of the airports they operate out of in addition to the US Airways fleet they are planning to acquire. I'm visiting Phoenix now. It's warm.

I was in NYC area airports during the ground stop, which is why i went from airport to another to another to get to Phoenix . It's a lil fucking annoying spending 12+ hrs running from terminal to terminal around the US.

Getting closer. Now I'm in San Francisco. Flight to Reno delayed by hour. Saturday morning playa arrival looking less likely by the minute.

Lots of time to think. Want to form BRC PBA to do a major charm offensive on LEOs next year. Send out little kits and guides in advance of the event to an army of nice and (relatively) sober burners who will seek out and engage LEOs in friendly consensual encounters. With gifts and encouragement. Taking radical inclusion to the Man. At the very least, they won't be hassling people for minor traffic infractions while we're chatting them up.

I should mention that this was Savannah's??? idea in an earlier thread and I might be stealing it. PBA shield stickers and cards that get you jack shit. Stickers and pins and patches for the cops.
