Cost of Coffee/Ice
Cost of Coffee/Ice
Anyone have an idea about the cost of coffee and ice? I'm trying to figure out how much cash to have on hand. Thanks
Re: Cost of Coffee/Ice
Ice is $3 a bag or 6 for $15.

Re: Cost of Coffee/Ice
I have no idea how much coffee costs, but my camp is going to be making huge amounts of coffee for anyone who wants it every morning. Supposedly none of us are super-early risers, so it probably won't be available until 10 AM, but no later than that. The camp is called ToneAge and will be at 9:30 and B. Come by!

Ice is $3 for block or crushed. 6 bags of crushed (only) for $15. As was mentioned above. They are 7 lbs and the blocks last a lot longer. Last year my Acrtica shift ran out of blocks for about 30 minutes till they could bring another truck in. If you must have blocks, best to get in line when they open at 9am.
I paid $5 or $5.50 for a mocha at center camp. I usually brew my own coffee in the morning, and once in a while I get a mocha at night to warm up my hands and for the chocolate factor. Bring your own cup.

Bring some Hershey's chocolate syrup and squeeze it into your coffee. Bam! Mocha coffee.

I may do that this year, Badger. Though straight coffee with cream usually works for me in the morning.BBadger wrote:Bring some Hershey's chocolate syrup and squeeze it into your coffee. Bam! Mocha coffee.

I couldn't find shelf-stable milk, so I have chocolate soy milk. Cereal is going to be .... .... ....
interesting. And maybe not in a good way.

No. I eat muesli. All that american crap with the extra sugar... It's already going to be missing the yogurt.

Yeah. I figured you weren't a fluffy cereal type. If there is such a thing. I would go for almond muesli. A fruity one might be weird with the chocolate, then again, who knows.theCryptofishist wrote:No. I eat muesli. All that american crap with the extra sugar... Muesli has dried fruits and nuts. Often hazelnuts... very central european. But not one or the other. On an oatmeal base.
