You know it's going to be a bad day when you jump out of bed and miss the floor.

gutter system between shade structures can be made with long enough, narrow pieces of heavy plastic, and held in place with large spring clamps..... I learned this AFTER our daughter's tent was flooded out at EarthDance, the last one at the BO Ranch. run the end off and away from camp. the gutters will catch the drips that fall between the structures.

There was a whiteout on the playa about 20 minutes ago, but it didn't look like it was raining and it doesn't look wet in that pic. 8)

Hi Everyone,
I live in Sacramento and we just had a ''Breaking News'' interrupt our show. There are severe Thunderstorms that just went through Reno. It was said that the weather should be cleared up by next week for the event. Everyone be safe t oand from the Playa. I'll be seeing you all soon if I could just find one more ticket!

Is it mandatory to get naked if it rains, or just a good idea?

Do whatever you like, clothed, naked, piece of string... whatever floats your boat.

Even though I've been reading this thread since it started, I just read it the subject as "Rats on the Playa" when skimming the board.
