Phenomenon at the Temple Burn

During the Temple burn on Sunday, I noticed an orange orb floating above the center peak.... At first I thought it was the moon, but then I realized that the moon was supposed to be a waning crescent that night! It was also a good deal smaller than the moon... Does anyone have any info or good pictures? I have some ideas, but I'm very curious to see what you guys have to say!

Probably just a drone someone had a camera mounted to.

As Dr.Yes said there were tons of drones this year all with different colored bright LED's that's 99.9% probably what you saw

I'm thinking it was probably the collected dreams, desires, and hopes of all those who graced the Temple's interior, rising with the smoke and flames, joining up with the spirits and auras of those who have passed before, reaching down to touch the living world, commemorated and remembered by those below. I'm hoping one of those drones has a good photo of it.

It may have been an undigested bit of beef, a blot of mustard, a crumb of cheese, a fragment of underdone potato. There's more of gravy than of grave about it, whatever it was!

recall seeing what looked like a balloon on the 10 oclock side. yellow/orange, several feet in diameter

Actually, now that you mention it, I saw that balloon as well. It was tethered at about 8 or 9 o'clock outside the ring of seated spectators but the wind pulled it out over the crowd.

I mistook it for the moon for a moment, too.
