link to where to post suggested BM improvements

can you add a link to an area specifically designated for posting suggested improvements to the event operations?

I realize if you add a designated area for posting "things Burning Man could do better", a lot of the posts would be wishes for the impossible or just plain stupid, but probably some of them would be suggestions that could be implemented for low cost and high benefit.

In particular, I went this year and it seemed like even though the porta-potties were pretty well maintained, the hand sanitizer dispensers attached to the wooden stakes next to the porta-potty rows were almost always empty. I was going to suggest attaching more hand sanitizer dispensers to the posts so that the supply would last longer. (Surely the cost of doing that would be almost nothing compared to the already-fixed cost of actually maintaining the porta-potties.) But I have no idea who to tell or where to post that. Is there an existing sub-forum on ePlaya for that?

Basically, what unjon is saying is that while this is a forum for Burners, it's not necessarily a place the LLC is going to look for suggestions (though they sometimes do). You can start a thread in the Experiences at Burning Man forum with a title of "Suggested BM Improvements" and see what gets posted, but there is no guarantee that anyone from BMHQ is going to read it (though they might).

I start by always keeping my hands clean. Or at least the fingerprints to a minimum.

Thanks! I did eventually get that email address after sending a message to the burningman.com webmaster asking where to write to.

Wrote a week ago, no response, but they probably don't have time to answer everything -- I guess a year from now I'll find out whether they read it or not, when I find out if there are more hand sanitizer dispensers by the porta-potties...
