The first girl I ever fell in love with used to make this. Still one of my favorite breakfasts.

Jamie's scrambled eggs

Serves 2

1 1/2 Tbs Butter

6 large eggs
2 Tbs whole milk
2 Tbs grated Swiss cheese

. fresh bean sprouts
. Diced ham
. diced onions

. salt
. black pepper
. Tobasco or other hot sauce

not sure of how much of the second trio of ingredients I use, but they are in more or less decending order. I usally cut one or two 1/4 inch slices out of an onion and dice, depending on the size of the onion. salt pepper and hot sauce are to taste of course

1 - blend eggs and milk together in a bowl
2 - melt butter in a non-stick skillet over med-low heat and spread to coat pan
3 - pour eggs into skillet
4 - when bottom of eggs begin to set add sprouts, onion and ham disdtributing evenly in eggs
5 - when eggs are a lttle more set, gently scrape up and turn over eggs and cut with spatula. Repeat as neaded until eggs are just barely done. Eggs should still bel moist when done.
6 - serve immediately. Pass salt pepper and Hot sauce at table.

TPBM does not like eggs

I only eat them when bacon is involved. I would eat haggis if it came with a side of bacon!

TPBM is stuck home, not HOME, and has to settle for "LIVE" streaming video of wall outlets. (and is starting to like it)

Not much happening on the live feed these days.

No, even I have my limits.

TPBM is wondering why the Japanese were beating their shoes in the street in front of Bruno's this evening?

Does cleaning the community bathroom at my shop count? I had to...there was piss on the floor and the playa bathrooms get more respect than that of the communal bathrooms of this industrial park, that happens to be a foot from my door.

TPBM needs to give praise to their divine one. Maybe touch on the meaning of life (and it can't include our quest into 4th dimensional beings) and must have the word "propensity"

Nay, instead I will give my Sweetie a long hug and a kiss, tell her I love her. Then maybe then go out and burn shit and blow stuff up.

I LOVED summer camp, and sold hundreds of boxes of cookies with frozen fingers to get there, for 7 years straight. Horses and viking boats and heat exhaustion and singing and open-air half cabins, fast friendships and rained out tents and tinfoil-cooked stew and crushes on the only guy in 20 miles (Squid, the lifeguard; poor guy--bunch of little girls winking at him). Summer camp was my life!

Not much has changed. Except I don't get heat exhaustion anymore. :) Knock wood.

The person below me is self-consciously & purposely loading their post-Burn calendar with distracting stuff.

Fuck no, I ordered Chinese delivery and I'm going back for seconds--& I'm fully intending to stay up until at least 1am, because that's how I roll.

The person below me feels an illusory sense of relief over all the time they ostensibly have to work on Burn projects.

I would be, if SoCal had any. Having recently moved here, I really, really miss crisp falling mornings and the leaves changing color and the frost on the grass and the stars in the clear sky and...

Easy: cinnamon. I buy it in bulk. The runners-up would be vanilla extract and oregano.
