Yes! I love real books. I do have a kindle app and use it on occasion and I've even listened to books before, but nothing beats actually holding a book in your hand.

Sure can. When the tap sputters and spits - That beer is the last or bottom of the keg. The bartender then runs back in the cooler and presumably switches kegs - That beer is the first or the top of the keg. Easy Peasy!

More than don't prefer, I actively don't like it. Only place I will drink it is on the playa, and then it's just usually to be polite.
