This is why I'd like to see launching these things filed as a criminal charge of reckless burning. Then if you encounter these morons you can snap a nice photo of them to report the, and/or you'd see those BLM jeeps racing in to arrest these assholes. In 2012 one landed at the BRC Airport and caused a bit of a commotion. Fortunately that was the first year (I think) the airport had an afterhours "firewatch". They got it before anyone lost a plane. (If you have ever seen 100 octane low-lead burn, you understand the concern!)
