My boss faced the same dilema I am facing ... knew he SHOULDNT vote for Bush and COULDNT vote for Kerry. I am pretty much in the "anybody but Kerry" boat at the moment. It really really sucks.

I wish we would go back to the old system where in the primary elections you simply vote for delegates to the convention, not directly for the candidates. It would reduce the campaign spending, make the convention worth something, shorten the campaigning, and make it less likely that used car salesman types of candidates that change their position several times a day depending on who they are talking to (e.g. Kerry) probably aren't nominated.

My choices are ... a teetotaling right wing religious nut or a spineless weasel with no integrity whatsoever.

When faced with the same dilema in the past, I always voted for the candidate that would pose the least threat, that would not be caught in any dirty tricks, would not be backed by a huge 'shadow' consortium that was expecting a return on their election investment... in short a candidate who had nothing to lose and everything to gain by being elected...

I always wrote in 'Richard Nixon'...

Yes I am... I'll be wearing something below my waist... Something more than just my boots and socks, I mean. Looking forward to meeting you and all the other Seattleians.... are you guys going to have an ePlaya booth that we can gravitate towards? Might make it easier to find each other... even just a bulletin board with a place to leave messages.... something...

Oh, and can I get a glass of red wine while I'm here in the bar?

I've found a couple of boxes back here. Let's drink bad red wine till we drop!!

Oh, and THANK YOU Z... I've been waiting...

So, on Friday night of the decom, I got to be SUSPENDED from a CRANE by my wrists... leather wrist cuffs, complete with spreader bar...

I spun and danced and hung and twirled.... oh, and I was wearing fur chaps with a wide net bodystocking, and nothing else...

WOO HOO!!!
