I've haven't been to burning man yet but have been to Afrikaburn a few times. Down there there is an abundance of Bedouin tents. Are they seen on the playa at all? They are quite pricey but last forever and, in my mind, worth the initial investment.

Suspended Animation at 7:30 and B had a giant pair of bedouin tents. I'm sure there were others, but those ones I saw up close.

I don't even want to imagine what a nightmare rigging those things in the wind must have been, but then I guess they are the one most qualified to rig it. :lol:

Those are giant! Thanks for the feedback, I guess I'm just surprised I don't hear about more out there, regardless of the wind. The smaller ones aren't super hard to rig up. :mrgreen:
