Indeed, one of the factors in my move from a big city to this cave-on-a-mountain-top was that the interweb had been invented. Although it has proven a poor substitute for face-to-face visits in Sacramento, it has gained me access to people all over the world. In fact, it is safe to say I would never have gone to TTITD without the interweb.

Of course, the interweb businesses understand this, and provide the very lowest level of service that will keep their customers addicted. That's just a "sound business decision".

AntiM, thanks so much for the offer of care package advice! I will definitely be taking you up on it soon. As for SiL, I think she's pretty well versed on the support options they have (when my brother completed the training he was in they actually had a program for the guys' wives on all that, since with what he does he is gone a lot.). And my mom has decided that since she's retiring anyway, she is going to spend the bulk of the deployment with SiL helping her with the babies -so from Christmas on, SiL will have a second set of hands for rugrat wrangling (nephew started cruising around on furniture this weekend, so I suspect there will be 2 walking kids soon).

The hits just keep on coming, FossaFerox... I think you confused me with someone else. All I'd posted in the other thread was that I'd been told the AP article everyone's parroting was premature. Burning Man has since posted their own announcement (thanks for the link, Sham), and they mention that the agreement is pending review/approval by the federal district on November 18th.

I had a busy day of virtual shopkeeper stuff, and hopefully will get a chance to mess around with some virtual art ideas in a little bit. I also finally got the chance to tinker around a little bit in the big 3D app I used for all my 2013 playa projects. Between the leaner and meaner setup on my machine, and improvements made to how the program works in the newest version, rendering each frame takes me a lot less time..woohoo!

Anyhow... time for cocktails and virtual art fun - cheers!

Hands in soft and silky porcelain, massaging it into new and lovely forms can indeed be an erotic and satisfying experience, and most often is. Nice to have that magical week on the Playa to look forward to. Won't be long now, MDF.

Weather here has been too nice with virtually no rain, and it is our rainy season. Guess it's given YG an chance to button up the Hof, so that's a good thing.
