Welcome to eplaya. Don't mind the snark; we (generally) mean well.

As for the pedal cars, if you have specific questions or want feedback on designs, I'd encourage you to post here. We have a lot of friendly, knowledgeable folks. Elliot comes to mind in particular, as he builds all sorts of pedal-sculptures.
When he lights his streetlamp, it is as if he brought one more star to life, or one flower.
When he puts out his lamp, he sends the flower, or the star, to sleep.
That is a beautiful occupation.

Hey Calamity! There are many threads on pedal-vehicles with three or four wheels. Of course, if you already have it all figured out, I'll go away now. :D

Hey there, welcome to eplaya!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

Well, those tires may be a bit over the top for the Playa, but they certainly work. They are race car tires -- from 800 horse-power race cars.

Good that you have a fabricator on the team. Have him PM me if he gets into any design-trouble.

Question.
Do You Think It Would Be Easier For Us To Build From Scratch Or Start With A Pre Built Bike (Or whatever) Frame?

That's impossible for me to answer, because there are so many other factors involved. But I can give you one fundamental piece of information: A 3-wheeler is much better than a 4-wheeler. Just place most of the weight on the axle with two wheels, to minimize the risk of it tipping over.

I Was Already Leaning Towards A Trike As It Was! I Want To Put A Small Bed On It... Like A Truck Bed... Not A Sleeping Bed. lol That Will Allow Me To Transport Things I'm Trying To Gift Around The Playa.

Third!? How did it get boosted back up from 12th?!

Actually, trikes are perfectly safe:
