So if I go to the polls. A guy come up and challengs me. I say go fuck yourself. Or Ok pistols at dawen. The point is: if you are challenged you can chose to decline thair challeng and walk away. If the person is within 100 feet of the polling call the cops.

Seriously, though, suppose only 5% of voters are easily intimidated by this partisan crap. And suppose also that one party makes a bigger effort than the other. With 120 million people voting, that could easily be the difference in the election. [And in Ohio the appellate court made it LEGAL for the Republicans to challenge voters AT THE POLLING SITE, not 100 feet outside of it]
