I haven't watched actual t.v. in a long time. but yeah, sort of, if streaming Ken Burns' The West counts. Very soothing, very interesting, sad too. Governor Anne Richardson has a few choice moments. One describing a pioneering relative's dependence on her two chickens in Texas among miles and miles of solitary life, she couldn't bring herself to eat them because they were such good company.

tpbm is thinking that maybe it's about time to get a handle on the gift exchange situation with family coming in a few days.

Nope. The few we're sending are sent, none of our families lives anywhere close. Just the two of us, and I'm making him breakfast, he's making me dinner. Gifts done.
