I've moved this over to Get Involved, and corrected the spelling on the thread title. The OP is a bit cracky, but I think it's a better fit for a discussion about the difference in time it takes to receive the JRS newsletter at one email address versus another.
On the subject of JRS delivery times, it has gotten significantly faster over the last couple years. Back in 2011 it typically took days for all the batches to go out. Improvements on the back end eventually got everything out in the same day, and then with the behind-the-scenes work done this past fall it now goes out in just a few hours. And for bonus points, JRS is now an HTML email, so much nicer to look at than in the past.
