It seems that many of us have the same problem. I thought I was go to go on the Pre-Sale page only to get an error that I tried to purchase more than I was allowed to. The error is misleading at best.

You need to click on the "Sparkly Things" button on your Burner Profile page instead of the "Enter Pre-Sale" link on the bottom of the page. After I did that & entered my code I was able to place my order & get confirmation.

That at least seemed to be my problem YMMV.

Also, after you register with Tickeyfly you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You need to verify your account before proceeding on to purchase your ticket. Many people may be missing this step.

Both times I entered it was fairly dusty and full dark once I made it to Greeters Station. On Sunday early evenings the line was chock full, so the Greeters I got were focused on moving my vehicle through quickly.

Both times, the first question I was asked was "Do you know where you're going?" and, being the nerd I was am, I had studied the map enough to confidently answer affirmative. I guess I seemed sure enough of myself they didn't feel the need to run through more than the bare essentials.

The second question was "Do you have any questions?" The first year, I asked about the bell and they said it wasn't there - they even pointed to the empty stand where it was supposed to be hanging. The second year I could tell the Greeters were trying to hurry us through and that my driver wasn't keen on doing dust angels or finding the bell, so I held my peace.

I might have gotten a hug through a window the first year, maybe?

Come to think of it, we were placed right near Greeter's Camp last year but I never even thought to ask about the bell! I did get some fantastic cooperation for a rather risqué scavenger hunt, though, so I know how much fun you greeterfolk can be.

The one thing you won't find is a "bell" at greeter's camp - those are all out at the station. Imagine camping next to one of those damn things - I can hear them all day and night even inside the city.
